Omarco is from some of the most influential bloodlines in KWPN/Trakehener breeding and it is an asset that breeders of coloured horses can use a stallion with different bloodlines to a number of stallions already standing in the UK and also a stallion whose breeding goes back 4 to 5 generations with some outstanding horses in it.
Omarco has showjumped and done dressage in Spain. He has outstanding free movement and good temperament and in his first two seasons here he has proven to have an extremely high fertility rate both natural and AI and has had some very well bred mares including 3 coloured champions. 2007 has shown his first crop of foals to be of very good quality,some of which are already winning as foals and owners are now booking their mares to come back to him in 2008 because they are so pleased with their stock. see below.
Cornelius delivered 7 coloured mares of which Retina with 4 daughters was the most successful. One of the Rejesca brought 4 graded coloured stallions all pure bred Trakeheners the most prominent of which was Rewir.
Rewir the graded coloured stallion has dominated Poland’s colour breeding for a long-time and his offspring can be found all over Europe showjumping.
Nil like his father has also dominated Poland’s colour breeding.
Marconi is a gelderlander stallion who passed on excellent dressage talent.
Oregon is still considered by the KWPN to be one of the best sires of all time. Every year at the KWPN Stallion show they have a competition in his honour called the Oregon Trophy.
